The Queen Murphy bed can be used every night for a good night’s sleep. The bed folds up and down smoothly thanks to the dual piston system. The wall bed accommodates most standard Queen mattresses (8-12 inches thick, 60-90 lb, 60 x 80 inches) and supports up to 1000 lb (including mattress). The open bed extends 92 inches from the wall. The cabinet must be anchored to a wall with a minimum ceiling height of 91. 4 inches. Allow a clearance of 30-36 inches around the open bed. Each shelving unit comes with 2 fixed and 3 adjustable shelves, and 2 drawers to hold your items. The dual-mount wall bed mechanism attaches to the floor and wall for ease of assembly and maximum stability and durability.
