Construction Details
Upholstery	Leather-Look Fabric Developed to replicate genuine leather, this man-made fabric provides a breathable, affordable and long-lasting alternative. With proper care, leather-look fabric is durable and resistant to regular wear and tear.
Padding	Fibre Batting, High-Density Foam Wrapping foam padding in fibre batting helps the cushioning stay in place while adding a smooth, plush look to your furniture. High-density foam in the cushions provides you with comfortable seating. This firmly packed foam will conform slightly to the body over time, so your seat remains soft and supportive.
Cushion Support	Sinuous Springs Metal sinuous springs provide a solid foundation for your furniture. These sturdy supports increase the longevity and comfort of your cushions.
Primary Construction & Frame Material	Plywood, Poplar, Solid Woods Plywood provides extra strength to furniture structures, and is used in everything from musical instruments to home construction. By layering each piece to cross the grain of the previous one, plywood is resistant to cracking, shrinking and warping. Used for its durability and affordability, poplar is often a component in wooden utility products like pallets and furniture frames. However, poplar's uniform texture and even grain creates a smooth look and feel for decorative use. High-performance, furniture-grade woods provide exceptional durability, stability and strength. This robust combination of materials ensures the longevity you require from your furniture.
Construction Method	Corner-Blocking, Kiln-Drying An extra block of wood is added to each corner of the furniture’s frame for additional support. Known as corner-blocking, this technique helps to brace your furniture for enduring stability. Kiln-drying removes most of the moisture from wood before furniture construction, preventing warping and splitting regardless of humidity changes.
