Unique Features
Convenient Retractable Design: At the touch of a button, the downdraft quickly rises to a height of 18-inches to handle serious cooking ventilation requirements and tall pots - even on the front burners. Heat Sentry®: This system detects excessive heat and adjusts blower speed to high automatically, prolonging hood life by reducing damaging effects of high temperatures. Modern Glass Controls: Best’s four-speed glass touch control panel is easy to clean, and includes convenient 10-minute time-delay shut-off feature and filter maintenance reminder light. Flexible Installation: Choose from 10 FlexBlower options (sold separately) for unsurpassed design flexibility. These models can be installed in front, to the left, to the right, rear or bottom of the downdraft. Non-ducted installation is also possible with the separate purchase of a recirculation kit.
