Kamloops Grand Opening Contest

The Contest shall be conducted by The Brick Warehouse LP (“The Brick”) exclusively at The Brick’s Kamloops store at #300, 500 Notre Dame Drive, Kamloops, BC, V2C6T6, hereinafter referred to as “Store”). A participant shall be referred to as “You” or “Your”.

Contest Period: The Contest commences on August 29, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. PT and ends at 2:00 p.m PT, or when all prizes have been awarded, whichever is first.

No purchase is necessary in order to participate in this Contest.

Limit of one (1) entry and one (1) prize per family during the Contest Period.

1. HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary method (“NPM”) of entry:

To enter the Contest, You must attend the Store between 12:00 p.m. PT and 2:00 p.m. PT during the Contest Period and participate in the game while prizes remain available.

A sales associate will direct You to the game play area. Each eligible participant may reach into the designated bucket and randomly select one (1) golf ball. The colour of the golf ball selected will correspond to a designated prize.

A maximum of one hundred forty-seven (147) prizes are available to be awarded during the Contest. All prizes are available while supplies last. The Contest will end at 2:00 p.m. PT or when all available prizes have been awarded, whichever occurs first.

2. WHO CAN ENTER:

The Contest is open to all residents of Kamloops who have reached the age of majority on or before the Contest Date except employees, representatives, agents, and affiliates of The Brick and Leon's Furniture Ltd, and all people employed as contractors or sub-contractors of The Brick, and their immediate family members living in the same household.

You agree to abide by the Contest Rules as set out herein, subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.

It is a condition of eligibility that the winner authorizes The Brick to announce and publish his/her name, address and photograph, without remuneration or consideration, in any forthcoming publicity.

PRIZES

There is one hundred and forty-seven (147) Prizes to be won.

Total maximum value of the Prize is $18,450.83

3. DECLARING A WINNER:

An Eligible Winner who has played the game on the Draw Date must:

1. Immediately following the Contest Date, correctly answer a time-limited, arithmetical skill-testing question without the assistance of any person or mechanical/recording device(s). The skill-testing process shall be administered at a pre-arranged time and place;
2. Execute a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules and acceptance of the Prize; and
3. Should any Eligible Winner fail to answer the skill-testing question correctly or is unable to attend at the time and place designated by The Brick for the administration of same, that person will be disqualified and The Brick shall proceed to contact the next Alternate Winner, and so on until one person has been contacted and deemed eligible according to the Contest Rules.

Additional Terms:

By participating, You agree that: a) these Official Contest Rules and The Brick’s records of the draw or any other aspect of this Contest shall be final and conclusive in all respects; and b) release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless The Brick and its trustees, directors, officers, and employees from any liability, claims, damages, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever which they, their heirs, successors, assigns, executors, or administrators may now or hereafter have directly or indirectly against them or any of them in respect of or relating to the Contest and/or the acceptance or use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

The Brick will use the contact information provided in contest entries for administration of this Contest and/or to ascertain Your needs and market to You. We may communicate with You for any of these purposes by telephone, fax, text messaging, or other electronic means, and automatic dialing-announcing device, at the numbers You have provided us, or by internet, mail, email and other methods. By entering this Contest, You acknowledge and agree to give permission to The Brick to collect, use and disclose Your personal information in accordance with The Brick’s privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”). The Brick is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information You have provided herein. 5. OTHER

The Brick reserves the right to amend or vary the Official Contest Rules, including the imposition or addition of new rules which are deemed by The Brick, in its sole discretion, necessary for business efficacy.
