Delivery: For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we will be revising our delivery service to be a contactless delivery service only.
Our delivery will drop your product off at your door, porch or in your garage.
We will no longer be offering our mattress removal or appliance removal services.
We will no longer accept “open box” returns with the exceptions below:
damages reported within 48 hours
appliances that were not functioning from the date of delivery/pickup or those that have a manufacturer approved Return Authorization number
We will still accept sealed box returns.
Pick ups: Keeping our staff and customers safe is our top priority.
If anyone in your home has flu-like symptoms or is currently in isolation due to possible exposure to coronavirus, we ask that you refrain from picking up your product at this time. Please contact us so we can note this on your account and contact you in another two weeks to re-confirm and/or re-schedule your pick-up.
We do apologize for these inconveniences and hope to resume our usual service practices as soon as possible once the current health risks decrease.
